Introducing the Ball360 Junior Performance Program, powered by STRONGSIDE PERFORMANCE.
Within our state-of-the-art basketball training facility, our Junior Performance Program will enhance long term athletic development by building the foundations of jumping, sprinting and change of direction technique, minimise injury risk by learning body control and appropriate landing mechanics, while also mastering the basics of fundamental strength and power movements.
This program will be delivered in a way that will engage and inspire each athlete, diligently guiding them to peak athletic performance and physical development.

Program Features
Weekly access to 2 x 45 minute group coaching sessions supervised by qualified Exercise Scientists.
Scheduled performance testing each term.
Program designed to improve foundational movement qualities of jumping, landing, sprinting and change of direction.
Minimise injury risk by mastering fundamental movement patterns, coordination and body control.
Program runs during school terms.
